Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces.
2. Place the banana, fresh spinach leaves, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, coconut water, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds into a blender.
